Bob & Kathleen will be riding bicycles 3,162 miles from St Augustine, FL west to San Diego, CA in February & March. Doris will drive a VW van as support & will post photos & tell stories of the ride along the way.
Very very cool for all of you!!! What a grand adventure! Thanks for the email Doris and hope you have fun on the saddlewagon. You've inspired me to create a blog! Bon voyage and hey to everyone! Love , Susan
That old man of yours is going to peddle all the way across the US of A? Sounds like a great way to stay in shape once you get going. It should be a wonderful trip, I10 is a beautiful trip until you get to western TX and then it can get pretty dull for a while. I will be watching the blog for more info. When do you start?
Hi I saw your link posted on my aunts facebook page. Her comment said that you may need shelter along the way if you are passing through Neosho MO I would love to have you. Deana Stewart
PS Neosho is in the southwest corner of Mo just south of Joplin.
Hi Doris, I'm so proud of you! This is absolutely a great move and huge contribution not only to OI and its partners but also to us workers who are inspired by people like you who create awareness and raise consciousness to help the needy. God Bless your Journey! Liezl (OPI) Philippines
Thanks so much Doris for creating this efforts.. please extend my thanks to Bob and Kathleen, you give us a wonderful inspiration, you're definitely part of my prayers.. God Bless the journey! Nancy (Outreach Philippines)
Pterodactyl 3 here. Yes, my follower photo is a pic of the 155th AHC mascot from BMT.
You're making an old man feel ashamed of his hard-earned fat belt. Where does the check for these pennies go & who is it made out to?
As you are one of the few who understand there is no place worth going that is easy to get to, I'm certain God will bless your efforts, but I'll keep remindng him (or her) anyway. Stay Safe!
